DELIVERY AND RETURN

All orders placed on gojigger.com are prepared within 48 hours after validation of the order. After validation and acceptance of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. You can also find the details of your order when logging in to your account.

 

Standard Delivery to the USA

Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, excluding public holidays. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that if you do not receive your order due to a package loss we may exceptionally arrange a second shipment (refunds are not possible).

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.

 

The returned item(s) must be in good condition and in their original packaging, and placed in a parcel; they must not show any trace of use. All returned orders will be examined on receipt.

Subject to acceptance of the returned items, refunds will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
